SPA POLICY
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out a consultation card.
Payment
We charge 3% on credit card.
Late arrival
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment. Your service will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.
Health considerations
Please notify us before booking your treatment if you have high blood pressure, any allergies, using Accutane or Retin-A (or any derivatives), any other physical ailment or disabilities or, if you are pregnant or trying to be pregnant. In doubt, always consult your physician.
Appointment Cancellation
We kindly request a minimum of 24-hour notice before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of you scheduled appointment. All appointments require a 24-hour cancellation notice regardless of emergency. Reminder call or text for your upcoming appointment is a courtesy. You are responsible for your scheduled appointments. If you are a “No Show” or fail to cancel your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the schedule appointment. Please note: “NO SHOW” = no future appointment.
Gift Certificates
All Gift Certificates purchases are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, have no cash value, and are not transferrable. Gift certificates sold at discounted price may not be combines with any other promotions, discounts, or specials. Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase gift certificates. Gift certificates purchased for one or multiple services has to be use all at once and cannot be separated on multiple days.
If the service exceeds the amount listed on the gift certificates, the redeemer is responsible for paying the difference at the time of service.
24hr cancellation policy still applies for Gift Certificates, failure to provide a 24hr cancellation the gift certificate becomes void, regardless of emergency.
